The MiR500 collaborative robot moves safely around people and physical obstacles. With its advanced technology and sophisticated software, the robot autonomously navigates to find the most efficient route to its destination. When it encounters an obstacle, it automatically diverts to avoid costly logistics delays.
The MiR500 is equipped with latest generation laser scanners, which allow 360° vision, for optimal safety. The 3D cameras have a range of 0 to 3.5 meters above the ground to detect both pallets and openings in the floor such as, for example, flights of stairs.
Optimize the transport of pallets without having to change the configuration of the plant
With the MiR500 Pallet Lift, the MiR500 loads, transports and unloads pallets autonomously, allowing employees to focus on higher-value activities. With the MiR 500, there is no need to change the factory setup, since the function of cables, magnets and QR codes is replaced by sophisticated navigation software. Simply download the plant's CAD files into the robot, or use its laser scanners to create a map of it. That's all you need to ensure fast and efficient implementation.

The MiR500 is a durable robot designed for industrial use, thanks to its robust exterior components that can withstand falling loads and which allow the robot to go up and down ramps and even cross shallow puddles of water.

The MiR500 is so simple to use, you have full control straight away. The intuitive MiR Robot Interface allows you to control the MiR500 via smartphone, tablet and PC and program it without the need for any experience. The robot can also be integrated into your ERP system, for a fully automated solution.
Thanks to the ability to easily and quickly integrate several upper modules, the MiR500 can be equipped with pallet trucks, conveyor belts, a robotic arm or other options, for a wide range of applications.
